When starting an activity in Portugal, you should know that there are several mandatory postings for companies to comply with. These documents must be visible in the workplace to all employees, and are essential for a transparent work environment.

A healthy employment relationship is based on mutual knowledge of the rights and duties between employer and employee. In Portugal, the employer is responsible for posting, at the company's headquarters or workplace, a set of information considered fundamental by the legislator. Failure to comply can result in serious administrative offences by inspection entities, such as the ACT.

Below we present the mandatory postings in companies that employers must enforce.
