Applications for the Transforming Commerce Program. This support, published in Portaria n.º1/2023, aims to modernize and requalify retail establishments located in the municipalities of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park (PNSE), particularly affected by rural fires of 2022..
Transform Commerce Program has a budget allocation of € 2M and a financing rate of 80%, in the maximum amount of € 7500 per company, this support is directed to retail establishments in the following areas: Celorico da Beira, Covilhã, Gouveia, Guarda, Manteigas and Seia.
Notice open until receipt of applications that reach the budget allocation defined in the Order, with a deadline of February 10.
Objectives of the Transform Commerce Program
- encourage the development of commerce projects that promote the digitalization of territories territories and ensure a more sustainable framework for commercial activity and value generation, as well as offer immediate responses to consumer needs and respond to the growing trend of dematerialization of the purchasing process;
- support projects based on sustainable development models based on creativity and innovation, and that combine material and immaterial anchor elements of a distinctive character, through the dynamization and mobilization of collective action to promote endogenous products, reinforcing the specialization and commercial attractiveness of the territories.

Support Line for the Valorization of Commerce created under this Program can access micro and small enterprises of any nature and in any legal form, whose main activity is part of division 47 47 of the Portuguese Classification of Economic Activities (CAE), to develop individual projects of commercial modernization, aimed at the modernization and valorization of the offer of establishments open to the public through the bet on the innovation and the use of advanced forms of commercialization.
