As part of the support measures resulting from the armed conflict in Ukraine, the functionality in Direct Social Security, from 10 August, the functionality that allows the registration of benefit plans for the settlement of deferred contribution amounts is available.
Conditions
Employers are allowed to pay the remaining contributions from March to June 2022, provided that:
- The payment of one third of the contributions and all contributions in the month in which they were due has been paid within the time limit.
or
- Tenha existido o pagamento, dentro do prazo, da totalidade das quotizações e das contribuições no mês de março; pelo menos o pagamento das quotizações nos meses de abril e maio; pagamento da totalidade das quotizações e um terço das contribuições no mês de junho.
Self-employed workers are allowed to pay the remaining contributions for the months of March and June 2022, provided that:
- There has been payment, on time, of one-third of the contributions from March to June 2022.
or
- There has been payment within the deadline of the total contributions for March and at least one third of the contributions in the month of June 2022.
How to register?
In Social Security access the separate Current Account> Social Security Payments> Benefit Plans> Register benefit plans. Then, fill in the requested data and confirm the simulation of the service plan.
Payment of Benefit Plans
The payment of deferred contributions may be made up to 6 monthly and successive installments, without interest on late payment, maturing the first installment at the end of August.
