Applications until January 24: Support for the installation of solar panels on farms and agro-industrial units.
Applications are open under the RDP 2020for a for a non-repayable incentive, in the form of simplified costs, for the installation of solar panels on farms and agro-industrial units. Support can range from 35% to 70%.
Expenses related to photovoltaic panels, their structures and installation, according to the needs of the farm (upon presentation of evaluation / diagnosis made by a technician recognized by the DGEG) are eligible.
- In farm operations, investments can vary between € 1,000 and € 50,000;
- In agro-industrial units,, the investment can be between € 10,000 and € 200,0000.
The Government also announces that, by the end of 2022, a new notice will be opened, with an allocation of 1.5 million euros, specifically to strengthen the energy sustainability of hydro-agricultural exploitations.
The opening of these notices of applications aims to provide farms, agro-industrial units and hydro-agricultural exploitations with the capacity to produce photovoltaic solar energy in relation to their needs, contributing to their self-sufficiency, modernization and decarbonization of the sector by reducing the use of fossil fuels.
